COVID Policies
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, work from home situations, sedentary lifestyles and other stresses take a toll on the population. This has elevated the concern over spinal health for millions of Americans.
We are working hard to help keep our community moving as Puna reclaims its everyday routines.
The safety and wellbeing of our patients, doctors, and staff remains our highest priority. We know that many will continue to have healthcare needs that can be helped through chiropractic care.
Our office has remained open, when and where possible, reflecting our commitment to providing convenient and affordable chiropractic care in our local communities. Our hours of operation have changed to help meet this need, and will continue to expand moving forward.
Chiropractic can be used by those with a wide array of health conditions and in times of urgent need, diverting patients experiencing pain out of strained medical systems and emergency rooms. We know the vast majority of our patients view our service as essential to their physical and mental health.
Current Policy
COVID Policy Guidelines
Since the onset of COVID-19, we have increased hygiene and clinic cleaning routines and revised seating in our office to allow for social distancing between patients.
We are no longer requiring patients to wear a mask in our waiting area and adjusting room. We do offer disposable masks for $1, if you would like one, as well as hand sanitizer at the front door and the reception desk. If you wish for the office staff to wear a mask during your appointment, please let us know when scheduling, or as soon as you arrive.
We are currently waiving late cancellation fees for all illness based missed appointments.
We also ask that all patients wait 3 days after running a fever before attempting to reschedule an appointment. This allows each patient the time to heal and make sure that they have not contracted coronavirus.
We continue to follow clinic procedures as outlined by healthcare organizations and leading authorities within the chiropractic profession.
